I’m Shelley (Michele when at work or when I’m in trouble 😊)! I’m currently a healthcare executive, but have a serious passion for all things design and decor, gift giving, fashion, and basically all the things that give me an opportunity to take a break from the office, tap into my creative side and show off my…style!

I grew up watching my dad renovate or build the homes we lived in. When the construction part was done, my mom would immediately start decorating and I always loved seeing it all come together…the big reveals! When I was in my late 20’s, I bought my grandparents house and it was my first opportunity to renovate (pink tool belt and all) and decorate my own home. Fast forward a bit, my husband and I bought our first (and forever) home eight years ago and room by room, indoors and out, we are making it ours and I have loved every minute of it!

I also love to write and have kept a journal for as long as I can remember, but as I found myself constantly with a phone, iPad or laptop in hand, either writing or sourcing things I needed for my latest projects, I thought maybe it was time to get blogging and hopefully build a community here with others who love all things “style” too.

Whether it’s for the home or an event, coming up with a new way to showcase a space or bringing a theme (those who know me know how much I love me a theme) to life, I just want it all to LOOK and FEEL GOOD! When all the little details come together…it’s bliss, don’t ya think?!?
